Technical Personnel
It is our practice that all major projects are controlled by one of the senior directors of our company, at all times it takes our senior’s approval to add personnel in our organization followed by that our management takes decision so that, project quality control and quality assurance is understood and delivered by each and every personnel of the group.
There is always one Project Manager available at the site at any time that is well versed with cost and quality control, who advises the director on cost and quality feature, we have one construction Manager at every site that is responsible for the execution of project work, the construction manager is assisted by the department head.
One administration executive looks at all legal aspects of the project and is responsible for correspondence with local authorities (except project authorities), for advising the assigned director on correspondence client, we have one senior engineer on site that has in-depth knowledge of project planning, contract documents, departmental procedures, technical specifications, legal aspects of contracts and contract management.
Project accounts are handled by the accounts officer.
All the above departments are assisted by each other to avoid misunderstanding and conflicts; every department corresponds with the other for better and flawless results.
In the commencement of every project PERT & CPM program for the project execution is prepared. The quantum of work is divided into working seasons available with the time frame of the project. PERT Chart and Work plan are prepared for each and every project and that indicates the starting date for every activity, target tasks for every now and then, all activities are planned and then made known to concerned responsible authorities.
Requirement of machinery and material for each and every job is reviewed and validated in advance and made available before its requirement schedule on-site by meticulous planning according to agenda so that required quantum is available at an appropriate time to avoid undue anxiety.
Achievements are monitored against the set target plans on a weekly and daily basis depending on the task that is monitored and inspected at the top management level.
